Privacy

What I collect
- Your email, so you can sign in.
- Profile details you enter: name, photo, bio, specialties, experience, city, contact details.
- Certificate photos you upload to get verified.
- From gym owners: gym name, contact person, phone or email, needs.
- IP addresses are one-way hashed, used only to stop spam and deleted after about a day.
What it is used for
- Showing your profile in the directory, only the parts you choose to make public.
- Checking certificates to award the Verified badge.
- Contacting gym owners who agreed to be contacted.
- Counting sign-ups to learn whether the service is useful.
Who can see it
- The public only sees the profile parts you make public, plus the badge.
- Certificate photos are private. Only you and Wellync's reviewer can see them.
- Gym photos sent by owners appear publicly only after review. To remove a photo, email Wellync.
- Your data is never sold to anyone.
Where it is stored
- Data is stored on Supabase and the website runs on a Vultr server. Their servers are outside Vietnam.
- The help panel uses Claude by Anthropic. Your question is sent to servers outside Vietnam to produce the answer. This website does not store your questions. Please do not enter personal details there.
- The map on gym pages loads from Google Maps, so Google receives your IP address when it appears.
Your rights
- View and edit your profile any time from your Account page.
- Unpublish your profile any time.
- Delete your account: profile, certificates and photos are removed immediately and cannot be restored.
