No. Creating a profile, uploading certificates and appearing in the directory are free. Trainers do not pay to be seen.

Click Account and sign in with your email, no password needed. The first time, you read and agree to data processing, then fill in five steps: basics, specialties, contact, certificates, publish.

Check your spam folder first. Each address can only request a few emails per hour, so wait a while and try again. If the link opens in the wrong browser, enter the code from the email on the sign-in page.

Name, city and specialties always show so people can find you. Photo, bio, years of experience, work areas and each contact method show only if you tick them.

A name, a city, at least one specialty, and turning on Publish in the last step. You can publish without a badge.

Upload a clear photo of the whole certificate, showing the name and issuer. A Wellync reviewer checks it, and once at least one certificate is approved the badge appears. Money plays no part in this.

The form lists international certificate, national certificate, university or college degree, first aid, and other. Photos can be JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 8MB.

The reason appears in your Certificates section. You can upload a clearer photo or another certificate.

Only you and the Wellync reviewer. The public sees the badge, never the photo.

Go to Find gyms and filter by city and freelance access. Each gym page shows whether it is allowed, the fee, hours, certificate requirements and the update date. Gyms without terms show as unknown. Terms can change, so check with the gym before bringing a client.

Turn off Publish to hide it from the directory. Account deletion is on the Account page and removes your profile, photos and certificates right away, with no recovery.

There are no gym owner accounts yet. Fill in the form on the For gym owners page and I will contact you to collect the details and update the listing.

Not at the moment. Later, gyms are the side that will pay, for things like recruiting. Money cannot buy a verification result.

Wellync compiles public information such as name and address from open map data and filters it before publishing, without calling each gym. The gym page says it is not yet confirmed and shows the source and collection date. Collaboration terms only appear once they come from the gym.

Send the details through the For gym owners page or email the address at the bottom of the page, naming the gym and what to change or remove.

Not yet confirmed means Wellync compiled the details and the gym has not confirmed them. Verified means Wellync has checked the gym details.

Whether freelance trainers may bring clients, the fee type and amount, allowed hours, whether a certificate is required, and any notes.

Go to Find trainers, filter by city and specialty, and turn on verified only. Contact trainers directly through the methods on their profiles.

No. Wellync is a directory. It does not hire trainers and is not a party to agreements between trainers, gyms and members.

No. Members can browse the directory for free without signing in.

Wellync viewed the certificate photos the trainer uploaded and approved at least one. It is not a guarantee of teaching quality, and nobody pays for it.

No badge only means the certificates have not been checked, not that the trainer is poor. Ask about certificates directly before paying.

Open the profile. The Contact section shows the methods the trainer chose to make public. Some trainers have not made any public.

Not yet. Wellync is only a directory for now, with no booking, payment, messaging or reviews. You agree directly with the trainer.

Profiles with this label are for preview only. They are not real people or gyms.

Email the address at the bottom of the page with the profile link. Wellync may remove profiles that appear to be fake.
